Letter from CEO and President
Founder Hannibal and President Freeman have collaborated for years, striving to provide creative outlets for young men and women. In light of increasing crime rates, we recognize the urgent need for dependable mentors who can offer guidance and wisdom to today’s youth.
The BE ELITE movement embodies our commitment to elevating the ordinary by fostering a culture where youth are encouraged to set high standards for themselves, acknowledging that mistakes are part of growth. We aim to maintain a safe and nurturing environment conducive to personal development, where young individuals can flourish, gain exposure through travel and experience, and hone crucial critical thinking skills.
Driven by a desire to serve others, Hannibal and Freeman collectively possess 50 years of basketball expertise, gained through various roles such as LHOAA Officials officiating several LA High School State tournaments, and as former college and high school athletes. Hannibal, in particular, serves as the official overseer for the Fellowship of Christian Athletes for ULM, integrating the values of Christ into athletic pursuits. Our coaching staff comprises accomplished former athletes from diverse backgrounds, chosen to provide inspiration and mentorship to our players. We invite you to consider supporting our cause through donations or volunteerism. Youth under the age of 18 are encouraged to try out and join a transformative team.
